Buy cars → 0.3–1.0% of every vehicle comes back to you as Growth Credit → SSANCAR pays your real business bills with it — your advertising, your signage, your yard rent, your sales staff.
2.1 The Program is by invitation. SSANCAR invites buyers who have purchased an average of five (5) or more vehicles per month from SSANCAR over the most recent six (6) months. SSANCAR may adjust eligibility at its discretion.
2.2 Enrollment is confirmed when you accept these Terms (in the My SSANCAR portal or by written confirmation on WhatsApp). There is no fee and no purchase obligation.
2.3 On enrollment you receive a SSANCAR welcome kit (branded T-shirts and marketing materials). Credit begins accruing on purchases after enrollment; there is no retroactive credit.
3.1 Credit accrues automatically on each vehicle when your payment for that vehicle is complete, at the rate for your tier, calculated on the vehicle's FOB value in USD.
3.2 Tiers are based on vehicles purchased from SSANCAR in the rolling last 12 months:

Tiers are reviewed monthly and never go down once reached.
3.3 Co-brand booster: partners who maintain SSANCAR co-branded signage (photo confirmation once per quarter) earn an additional +0.10 percentage points on all accruals for that quarter.
3.4 System of record: the number of vehicles, FOB values, and payment dates in SSANCAR's records are the sole basis for tiers and accrual.
4.1 Credit is denominated in USD, has no cash value, is non-transferable, and is never paid out as cash and never deducted from a vehicle's price.
4.2 Each accrual expires 18 months after it is earned. SSANCAR will remind you 90 and 30 days before any expiry, and your Partner Success Manager will help you plan its use.
5.1 You and your Partner Success Manager ("PSM") agree a monthly Support Plan: which business expenses SSANCAR will fund from your credit (e.g., online advertising, signage, print, yard or showroom rent, storage, sales staff salary support), at the reimbursement rates and caps published in your portal, together with a sales target for the plan.
5.2 Any other growth expense may be proposed; the PSM may approve it as a measured trial.
5.3 Funding requires pre-approval (answered within 48 hours) and a third-party invoice. SSANCAR pays by reimbursement to your business bank account, or directly to the vendor, within 5 business days of approval of your documentation.
5.4 Monthly limit: total payouts in any month cannot exceed your available credit balance. If the balance is short, the plan is reduced for that month in the order agreed with your PSM (advertising first; staff salary support last).
5.5 Performance reviews: every 2–3 months the PSM reviews results against the plan's target, measured as vehicles you purchased from SSANCAR. Support that is not producing results is not clawed back — it is redirected to something that will.
5.6 A brief monthly sales report (three lines: units sold, best-selling models, market notes) is a condition of ongoing support.
6.1 Payouts are made in USD or EUR to a business bank account in the partner's name. EUR payouts are converted at the reference exchange rate on the payout date; the rate is shown on your payout statement.
6.2 Any taxes, duties, or charges arising in your country on amounts you receive are your responsibility.
7.1 Invoices must be issued by unrelated third parties. Invoices from yourself, family members, or affiliated companies are not eligible. The business owner's own salary is not eligible.
7.2 Duplicate, altered, or fabricated documentation, or misrepresentation of results, ends participation immediately and forfeits unused credit.
7.3 Advertising funded by the Program must relate to your business with SSANCAR; advertising exclusively for competing suppliers' vehicles is not eligible.
Credit that SSANCAR has confirmed as earned, and support that SSANCAR has paid, will never be retroactively taken back (except in cases of fraud under §7.2). If an accounting error is found, it is corrected in future accruals only.
The Program does not restrict you from buying from other suppliers. Gold-tier territory rights, where granted, are SSANCAR's commitment not to appoint another Success Partner in your territory — they place no restriction on you.
10.1 SSANCAR may amend the Program with 30 days' written notice. Credit already earned remains governed by the terms under which it was earned, until it expires.
10.2 Either party may end participation at any time with written notice. Approved pending claims are still paid. Remaining credit may be used for 90 days after the end date, after which it expires.
10.3 These Terms replace all earlier descriptions, drafts, or reward-point materials.
Participation does not create employment, agency, partnership, or exclusivity. These Terms are provided in English and governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Both parties will first seek resolution of any disagreement in good faith through direct consultation.
