'--> The buyer is responsible for all of bank fees. Please confirm the cost of this fee with your banker before setting up purchasing agreement with Ssancar.
What is TT copy and where to get it?
'--> When you make a payment via your bank, banker will give a copy of TT remittance paper (Telegraphic Transfer) copy to proof of your remittance.
Howe long does it takes for my bank remittance to be transmitted to Ssancar bank account?
'--> Please wait at least 3 or 5 days (business days) so that our bank informs us that your payment has been arrived to our account.
Can I visit SsanCar to see my vehicle personally?
'--> Yes, buyer can visit our office to see the condition of the vehicle.
In this case, you can ask additional services that Ssancar offers as mentioned above serivces.
Can you ship auto spare parts together inside of the car that I bought?
'--> No. we are not allowed to put anything inside of the vehicle except for container shipping
SsanCar provies spare keys?
'--> No, if spare key is not located in the compartment, you need to make a copy of that key in your side.
Can I request vehicles that are not listed on our website?
'--> Yes, it is possible you to ask me not listed on the website.
SsanCar managers will try to find what you need to offer you customer satisfaction
Can you show me the condition of the vehicle?
'--> We provide many pictures and inspection data of the vehicles in order to help your buying decision
